How long does it take to process my order?
Each item is made just for you, so processing typically takes a few business days before shipping. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.
Do you offer international shipping?
YES! We are so excited to offer international shipping to our friends overseas.
Please be aware that you may have to pay VAT taxes on any order overseas.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our items are made-to-order, we don’t accept returns and exchanges can be made on a case by case basis.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7–14 days with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it—what now?
We recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier first. If you still can’t locate it, reach out and we’ll help however we can.
What size should I order?
Most of our apparel runs true to size, but fit can vary slightly by style. We recommend checking our size chart before ordering to find your perfect fit! If you love a cozy, oversized vibe (we get it), consider sizing up.
Are your designs printed on both sides?
Unless otherwise noted, designs are printed on one side only. Be sure to check the product description for details!
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the printing process—nothing that takes away from the magic 💖
