Thank you for shopping with Storybook Darlings! Every item is made just for you, which means a little extra time—but a lot more care goes into each order
1. Processing & Production Time
All items are made-to-order.

- This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging
Orders are not shipped immediately after purchase. Production begins shortly after your order is placed.
2. Shipping Time Estimates
After processing, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: [3–7 business days]
- International: [7-10 business days]
Please note: These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your location
- Product type
- Shipping method selected
4. Multiple Shipments
Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners:
- Items in the same order may be shipped separately
- You may receive multiple tracking numbers
This helps get your items to you as quickly as possible.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, etc.)
- Weather conditions
- Customs delays (for international orders)
- High-volume periods (holidays, sales, product launches)
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Storybook Darlings is not responsible for:
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
- Lost or stolen packages
- Delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession
If your package is marked as delivered, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors
- Contacting your local post office or carrier
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

For international orders:
