4. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment (Printify)
Many of our products are made-to-order through a third-party fulfillment partner, including Printify.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Products are custom printed upon order, not mass-produced or pre-stocked
- Production times may vary depending on product type and fulfillment partner
- Items may ship separately if produced by different partners
- Slight variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur due to the printing process
- Packaging may differ and may not always include branded materials
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Production backlogs
- Shipping carrier issues
- High-volume seasons (e.g., holidays)
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices may change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including those that appear fraudulent or violate our policies.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Storybook Darlings is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Damages
Due to the nature of print-on-demand products:
- All sales are final unless items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
- We do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Buyer’s remorse
- Minor print placement variations
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

- Include clear photos of the issue

8. Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom or personalized items are final sale.
Customers are responsible for:
